Luca Liggio is a producer, director and film editor as well as an avid explorer and "first adapter" of new digital technology applied to HD/3D video productions. He has a degree in New Digital Tools for FilmMakers at "NUCT" Rome.
He is a member with Mariano Equizzi and Paolo Bigazzi of LebFilm Production specializated in films, corporate videos, TV commercials, trailers, videoclip, games, documentaries, graphic novels, video rental. Clients are RCS Media group, Urban Production-Milano, Videogang-Milano.
In 2011 founded the portal “Filmring” News, box office, hi-tech, community, trailers, cast, database on cinema industry. Produced the video music project "Lifeforms" by John Acquaviva and Paolo Bigazzi for the label Definitive Records. In 2010 edited a trailer on a last book “il diacono” by Andrea Colombo published by Mondadori. Produced and edited “Io Mento” a music video for Italian Musicist “TIBE”. In 2007 he produced and edited videoclip for Trisol music artists: Spiritual Front and Nachtmare and for the Japanese artist Kenji Siratori, published by Electro Ohm music Japan. In 2007, he edited with Mariano Equizzi, musical post by paolo bigazzi, Eyerophany, a video directed by Lorenzo Miglioli based on the live movie project by Emiliano Montanari with performances by David Lynch. Music by Angelo Badalamenti and music set by Andres Trentemoller feat. DJ T.O.M. In 2006, he won the Angel Award assigned by Mr. Kadokawa in Tokyo, for the project Revenge, under development with Young Indie film. In 2005, he completed R.a.c.h.e. Genesi from the books of the most translated Italian fantasywriter, Valerio Evangelisti (Mondadori). In 2003, he won the Nokia-Wind contest with "New Order" an interactive techno thriller game based on MMS Technology. During 2002, he produced and edited "Giinevra Report" that won the "Premio Italia" awarded by the World Science Fiction Association (WSFA). From 1997 to 2002, he directed and produced with Mariano Equizzi and Paolo Bigazzi, several Independent Italian Science Fiction cult Feature and shorts (Syrena, AgentZ as well as many others).
